A skin test is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to your first chemical service within Emily Lou Hair

Please ensure that you book a free of charge skin test and complete the emailed link that is sent once booked.

Failure to attend your skin test will result in a cancellation of the chemical service booked, which will be charged at 100% of the service costs.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame.

If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your schuduled appointment time it will be considered a “no show” and your card will be charged at 100% of the service scheduled.

A credit card or deposit will be required when booking an appointment which will be chargeable should you be unable to notify us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Emily Lou Hair requires that all clients visit the salon for a complimentary consultation prior to booking a hair extension fitting service.

At this consultation, your hairs suitability for application will be checked and deposit will be required to secure a fitting appointment.

Please be aware that the salon also requires a card capture in addition to the deposit incase of cancellation.
